The UK’s Supreme Court has ruled that “man”, “woman” and “sex” in the Equality Act 2010 refer to sex, not self-ID or paperwork (gender-recognition certificates). This agreed with our legal interpretation. We have published new guidance and are in the process of updating our publications to reflect the judgment. We are also working to provide answers to the questions we're hearing from supporters and the media. We will publish these as soon as possible.

ScotPAG

A forum on gender dysphoria and gender ideology from the perspective of professionals in healthcare, education, and social work.

Founded in 2023 with the aim of establishing a clearer picture of how gender-related issues are handled in health, education and social work, challenging poor practice and offering a gender-critical alternative based on evidence and science.

Promoting best practice for children and young people affected by gender dysphoria and supporting professionals affected by gender ideology. Would like to hear from health, education, or social work professionals about compelled use of language in the workplace.

Also campaigning for gender-critical voices to be heard alongside gender ideologists when public policy is formulated.
